We appreciate that our founding fathers had the foresight to enumerate our rights as free persons in the Bill of Rights of our Constitution.

The athletes on the WildGats team are full-time UofA students of all skill levels.  If you have the interest and mindset to safely learn the proper and responsible use of firearms then contact us about joining.  

We also use our skills and knowledge to offer community service at our annual sponsored event called First Shots.  https://www.nssf.org/ranges/first-shots/  This is a program from the National Shooting Sports Foundation.  Its goals are to provide participants with a comprehensive introduction to shooting by qualified range operators and instructors that include firearms safety, local ownership requirements, shooting fundamentals, hands-on instruction, and how and where to continue.

The staff and volunteers enforce range rules while helping shooters. This enables all participants to have safe and enjoyable shooting experiences.
